e-Services

e-Services is DePauw’s administrative system that students, faculty and staff access by logging in at https://my.depauw.edu. Options that may be available to you include updating your address, requesting courses, entering housing maintenance requests, entering final grades, submitting a ticket for a technology issue or request, viewing advising information, entering and/or approving timecards, etc.

New students are assigned an IT account username prior to their arrival. New employees are assigned an IT account username at the start of their employment. Options available to an employee through e-Services are determined by the employee’s supervisor and are based on job responsibilities.
