- Open web browser and log into e-services (my.depauw.edu).
- Click on the SSO Sign In button:
- Enter your DePauw email address, then click Next:
- Enter your e-services password and click Sign in:
- If this is your computer and not a shared device, place a checkmark in the “don’t show this again” box and click Yes. If this is a shared/public device, do not place the checkmark and click the “no” button:
- Click Next when asked for more information:
- Enter your cell phone number then click Next:
- Enter the 6-digit code you received via text message:
- Click Next on the verification complete message and click Done on the Success screen.
- Please go to myaccount.depauw.edu to set up your Microsoft Authenticator application.
- Enter your email address and then your network password.
- Click “update info” under Security info:
- Select to receive a text to verify your identity and enter the code when received. Check the box to remember for 30 days. Click Yes to stay signed in.
- Click Add Sign-In Method and select Microsoft Authenticator:
- Install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your cell phone via the App Store or Play Store.
- Click to add an account on your Microsoft Authenticator app. Select “work or school account” and then select “Scan a QR code” and scan the QR code on your computer screen. Be sure to select Allow notifications:
- When the 2-digit code comes up on your computer screen, enter it into your Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone and click yes:
- You should receive this notification the setup was successful then click next:
- This completes the setup of Microsoft Authenticator.
- The next 2-digit code will log you into your account. Enter the code into your Microsoft Authenticator application on your cell phone:
