e-Services

e-Services is DePauw’s administrative system. Students, faculty and staff have access to e-Services by logging in at http://my.depauw.edu. Options that may be available to you include updating your address, requesting courses, entering housing maintenance requests, entering final grades, submitting a ticket for a technology issue or request, viewing advising information, entering and/or approving timecards, etc.

New students are assigned an IT account username prior to their arrival. New employees are assigned an IT account username at the start of their employment. Options available to an employee through e-Services will be determined by the employee’s supervisor based on job responsibilities.

  • Supervisors of employees who change jobs should contact the HelpDesk at (765) 658-4294 or HelpDesk@depauw.edu to ensure e-Services is updated appropriately.
