MFD: Adding money to your print account

The online option for adding money to your print account is quick and user-friendly.

  1. Log in to e-Services at my.depauw.edu
  2. In the left-side navigation menu, go to the Financial section
    1. Click Print Balance

  3. In the Print Quota Balance window, go to the Current Balance section, and click Add Credit

  4. In the Add Print Credit window, select an amount (i.e. $5.00, $10.00, $15.00), and then click Submit Query
  5. A Credit Added window will display confirming the amount you selected has been added to your student account, and it will display your new balance. If your new balance is less than the credit you added, this indicates your last print job exceeded your existing balance.
