Student print quotas

Each student is given 500 pages ($20) of free print units each semester, which is based on Canon B&W double-sided prints. Students who are off campus during Fall Term and return to campus for Winter Term will be given 100 pages ($4) of free print units, which is based on Canon B&W double-sided prints for Winter Term.

Any unused first semester units will transfer to second semester. Students who are off campus during Spring Term, but return to campus for May Term will be given 100 pages ($4) of free print units, which is based on Canon B&W double-sided prints. All unused units will be forfeited on May 31 of each year, except for those students who are enrolled in May Term, who will forfeit their unused units at the end of May Term.

Checking print quota balance

Browse to e-Services to check your print quota balance. You will receive an email notification if you deplete your balance.

Adding money

Go to Adding money to your print account to learn how you can add $5, $10, or $15 credits to your print account. The amount you choose will be charged directly to your student account.
