Report an IT Request or Issue to the HelpDesk – #ReportIT

#ReportIT is your way to Report Information Technology (IT) requests or issues at DePauw.

Submit your own request or issue

Information Services uses a specialized incident tracking system named FAMIS to keep track of technology-related client requests and issues (i.e., tickets). As a member of the DePauw community, you have the ability to submit new tickets and review existing tickets.
