- Go to a Canon printer/copier
- Place your DePauw ID card on the card reader
- Press Access Device
- Press on the screen with the account and your name
- Choose the Scan and Send option.
- Place the document face up in the document feeder
- Choose where you would like to send the scanned document, either by using the Address Book, New Destination, or Send to Myself.
- If you choose New Destination, choose Email, then enter the email address of the desired recipient, and then press OK
- Press the green Start button to send.
- Press Log out in the top right under your name.
- The scanned document will be sent through your DePauw Google Account email with a title of DePauw University. The scanned document will be attached as a PDF file.
