MFD: Scan and email a document

  1. Go to a Canon printer/copier
  2. Place your DePauw ID card on the card reader
  3. Press Access Device
  4. Press on the screen with the account and your name
  5. Choose the Scan and Send option.
  6. Place the document face up in the document feeder

  7. Choose where you would like to send the scanned document, either by using the Address Book, New Destination, or Send to Myself.

  8. If you choose New Destination, choose Email, then enter the email address of the desired recipient, and then press OK
     
  9. Press the green Start button to send.
  10. Press Log out  in the top right under your name.
  11. The scanned document will be sent through your DePauw Google Account email with a title of DePauw University. The scanned document will be attached as a PDF file.
