Syncing (or activating) ID OneCard with Canon Printer/Copiers

The first time you use a new DePauw ID card with a Canon printer/copier, you will receive an Unknown User message at which time you will need to activate or sync the card. You will also need to sync (or activate) any new cards you may be issued to replace lost or stolen cards.

Syncing (or activating) ID OneCard with Canon Printer/Copiers

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Place your ID OneCard on the card reader on the printer/copier
  2. Press Yes

  3. Press the white boxes next to Username and Password

    1. Using the keyboard that displays in the window on the printer/copier, enter your DePauw Account (e.g., e-Services, network) username and password and press OK

  4. Press Logout
