You must be using the virtual desktop, VPN, or located on campus to install these network aliases. These instructions were written with Mac 10.13 (High Sierra).

Install network aliases

1. Connect to the Classes (I:) drive
   1. From the Finder menu click Go → Connect to Server…
      
      
   2. In the Connect to Server window, enter smb://files1.depauw.edu/classes, and then click Connect
      
      
   3. When prompted
      1. Enter your DePauw Account (i.e., e-Services) username and password
      2. Select the box for Remember this password
      3. Click Connect
         
         
2. Connect to the web (W:) drive (Faculty and Staff only)
   1. From the Finder menu click Go → Connect to Server…
      
   2. In the Connect to Server dialog box enter smb://files1.depauw.edu/facstaffweb, and then click Connect
      
   3. When prompted
      1. Enter your DePauw Account username and password
      2. Select the box for Remember this password
      3. Click Connect
