Finding your operating system version: Mac OSX

When reporting an issue or request to the HelpDesk, it is helpful for you to know the version of your operating system.

  1. Click on the Apple icon in the upper left of your screen and select About This Mac

  2. The version of OS you are using will be displayed in the middle of the About This Mac window
