- From the main Copy screen, press Copy Ratio
- Choose one of the preset size options
- Press – (i.e., minus) to reduce or + (i.e., plus) to enlarge your document to the desired size
- Press – (i.e., minus) to reduce or + (i.e., plus) to enlarge your document to the desired size
- Press Start to complete the copying process.
