MFD: Copying on a printer/copier

  1. Go to a color printer/copier
  2. Swipe your DePauw ID card by the card reader
  3. Press Access Device
  4. You will see a screen with the account being charged and your name. Choose
  5. Place your document in the document feeder or directly on the glass

  6. Press Copy
  7. To copy in color, press Select Color

  8. Select appropriate preferences, and then press OK

  9. To copy a 2-sided document or to make a 2-sided copy, press 2-Sided

  10. Select appropriate preferences, and then press OK

  11. Enter the number of copies you need, and then press the green Start button
  12. Press log out in the top right under your name.
