- Open web browser and go to workday.depauw.edu
- Select Single Sign-on (SSO)

- Enter your DePauw email address and click Next:

- Enter your e-services (DePauw SSO) password and click Sign in:

- If this is your computer and not a shared device, place a checkmark in the “don’t show this again” box and click Yes.
If this is a shared/public device, make sure the “don’t show this again” box is unchecked and click No:

- Click Next when asked for more information:

- Install Microsoft Authenticator on your cell phone and then click Next on the computer screen:

- On your cell phone, click the +(plus sign) at the top of your Microsoft Authenticator application and select “work or school” for the account type and click Next:

- When prompted on your cell phone, select “scan QR code” and allow your application to use your camera, scan the QR code and click Next:

- When the 2-digit code comes up on your computer screen, enter it into your Microsoft Authenticator app on your cell phone:

- You should receive this notification if setup was successful then click Next:

- This completes the setup of Microsoft Authenticator on your cell phone.
- The next 2-digit code will log you into your e-services account. Enter the code into the Microsoft Authenticator application on your cell phone:
