Printing: Installing PaperCut print drivers in Windows

  1. Delete any network printers you may have previously installed
  2. Open File Explorer (i.e., the folder icon in the toolbar)

  3. Click in the URL box and type: \\papercut.depauw.edu
  4. For students and anyone with non-domain computers
    1. Enter your DePauw Account (i.e., e-Services, network) username prefixed with depauw\ (e.g. depauw\johndoe_2021) and password
    2. Click OK
  5. Right-click the Canon_BW_Papercut and Canon_Color_Papercut printers, and then click Connect
