Campus Labs: Preserving your information when you leave DePauw

When you leave DePauw, your access to Campus Labs is retired (i.e., removed). Graduating students have until December 31st of the year following their graduation to preserve their information. Withdrawing Students will be retired as directed by the Registrar.

If you want to preserve your Campus Labs and event participation, it is recommended that you preserve the Co-Curricular Transcript (CCT) because it includes your Memberships, Experiences, and Service Hours.

The following step-by-step instructions walk you through preserving your CCT:

  1. Click on your avatar in the upper right side of your screen

  2. Click Co-Curricular Transcripts

  3. Overview of the CCT: As seen below, you can change the layout of your CCT, print your CCT, or save it as a PDF. You can also make additional changes, such as rearranging the order of your involvements (i.e., UP, DOWN) showing or hiding specific information, and more.

  4. To preserve your CCT, click Print View / PDF

  5. Click Print or follow the instructions in the Looking for a PDF? box

      1. To print, click Print
        OR
      2. To make a PDF, click PDF → Save as PDF Image of Save as PDF
      3. Enter the necessary information, click Save
