Your Event Pass is a unique QR code that enables you to quickly check-in to events that are using the Campus Labs Event Check-in App for attendance taking. In the following, you will learn how to download it from your user profile. (Note: Campus Labs has an app named Corq available on Google Play or Apple’s App Store.)
- Sign in to Gold Connect at goldconnect.depauw.edu using your DePauw Account credentials (i.e., e-Services username and password)
- Click on the avatar (aka account profile) located in the upper right side of your screen
- Click Event Pass
- Your Event Pass, a QR code, will display on your screen
- At this point, you are provided with the following options (Note: It is a good idea to have a backup plan in case there are technical difficulties when it is time to check in to an event so please consider choosing more than one option.):
- Print your Event Pass
- Take a screenshot of your Event Pass
- Depending on your device, add the Event Pass to either Apple Wallet or Google (Android) Play
