DePauw Account: Forgotten password

When you change your DePauw Account password at my.depauw.edu/e, your password will also change for e-Services, network drives, Box, Moodle, and network printers, including the Canon printer/copiers.

  1. Browse to my.depauw.edu
  2. Click Forgot Password?, and then Next

  3. At the Reset DePauw Password window,
    1. Complete the information for Username and DePauw ID # (Note: If your ID # is less than nine characters, add include enough leading zeros to make a nine digit number. For example, if you’re ID number is 12345, you must enter 000012345.
    2. Click the reCAPTCHA selection box to confirm you are not a robot
    3. Click ResetImage of Reset DePauw Password
      * A temporary password will be sent to the G Suite account that matches the credentials above. It may take several minutes for the email to be received. If you do not have the information requested, you will need to visit the HelpDesk for further assistance.
