Employee Technology Checklist

Whether you are new to DePauw University or just wanting to refresh your knowledge of campus computing, Information Services believes you will benefit from this technology checklist. It is a resource created specifically for faculty and staff members wishing to enhance their awareness of campus technology as well as the essential services available to you in support of your academic and administrative responsibilities.

Computing at DePauw

Learn about your primary IT accounts. Your Google Apps Account will provide you with access to email, calendaring and other collaboration tools. Your DePauw Account will provide you with access to network resources for class, DePauw’s learning management system (i.e., Moodle), network printers/copiers and more.
Gain an understanding of DePauw’s network including how to connect to DePauwSecure and accessing the network from off campus through our VPN.
Find out about the different options for printing and copying, such as do-it-yourself printing/copying/scanning and specialized production services provided by Printing Services.
Learn about keeping your data, your computer and yourself safe at Information Security.
