e-Services: Opening Excel reports (.tsv) on Windows

e-Services reports are saved as .tsv files.  The first time you download an e-Services report, you need to complete the following steps so Excel will recognize it.

1. Download the .tsv file from e-Services.
2. Browse to the folder where the file was saved, i.e. Downloads.
3. Right-click on the file and choose Open with.
4. Choose More apps.
5. Select Look for antoher app on this PC.
6. Browse to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\
7. Click on Excel.exe.
8. Click Open.
