Deleting printers on a Mac

  1. Click on the Apple icon in the upper left of your screen, and then select System Preferences…

  2. Click on Print & Fax.

  3. Select the printer you want to remove, and then click the or minus sign below the printer list.

  4. In the window that displays, click Delete Printer.
